Monitaur SMS/Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

Program description
Monitaur Inc. ("Monitaur") operates an SMS messaging program that sends
automated text messages to individuals who have enrolled in the program.
Messages include alerts, notifications, and account and service messages
relating to Monitaur and its products and services. Monitaur sends messages
only to numbers enrolled as described in section 2.
Consent
You enroll by submitting the form on this page with your mobile number and
checking the consent box. Doing so gives Monitaur your express written consent
to send you recurring automated text messages at that number, including messages
sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.
Consent is not a condition of purchasing any Monitaur product or service.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are the subscriber or the
customary user of the number you enter, and that you are authorized to approve
any charges your carrier may apply. If you give up that number, notify us at
info@monitaur.ai before it is reassigned.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on the nature of the engagement or conversation
and on activity in the Monitaur environment associated with your enrollment.
Fees
Message and data rates may apply. Any such charges are billed by, and payable
to, the recipient's mobile carrier or service plan provider. Monitaur does not
impose a separate charge for text messages.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message from a Monitaur number to opt out.
END, CANCEL, QUIT, and
UNSUBSCRIBE work the same way. Monitaur will send a single message
confirming the opt out, after which no further messages will be sent from that
number. You may also opt out by contacting
info@monitaur.ai with the number to remove.
Messaging also ceases upon request or at the end of the applicable engagement.

Reply HELP to any message, or contact
info@monitaur.ai for assistance.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is
subject to effective transmission by mobile carriers and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
Information handled in connection with this program is governed by the
Monitaur SMS Privacy Policy and the
Monitaur Privacy Policy.
Changes
Monitaur may update these terms from time to time; the current version will be
posted at this page.
Monitaur SMS/Text Messaging Privacy Policy
Effective 25 August 2026
This policy describes how Monitaur Inc. ("Monitaur," "we," "our," or "us")
handles information in connection with SMS (text) messaging. Monitaur sends and
receives SMS messages as part of the messaging program described in the
Monitaur SMS/Text Messaging Terms & Conditions. This
policy supplements the
Monitaur Privacy Policy,
which governs all other information practices.
Information we collect
When you enroll on this page, we collect:
- Your first name, last name, work email address, company, and mobile number.

The consent record itself: the exact wording you agreed to, its version
identifier, and the date and time you agreed.

Technical details captured with your submission: IP address, browser user
agent, the address of this page, your browser language and time zone, and the
approximate region your network maps to.

Message delivery metadata from our messaging platform provider, such as
delivered, failed, or opted out.
How we use it
- To send the messages you enrolled to receive.

To maintain proof that you consented, as required by applicable telephone
consumer protection rules and carrier messaging registration requirements.
- To honor an opt out and keep the number suppressed afterward.
- To protect this form and our messaging program from abuse.
No sharing of mobile information
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any
third parties, except for vendors and service providers acting on our behalf for
the sole purpose of delivering messages (such as our messaging platform
provider). Mobile telephone numbers and SMS consent data will not be shared
with, sold to, or used by third parties or affiliates for marketing or
promotional purposes.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on the nature of the engagement or conversation.
Recipients will not receive recurring promotional messages from Monitaur.

to, the recipient's mobile carrier or service plan provider. Monitaur does not
impose a separate charge for text messages.
Opting out
You may opt out of receiving text messages from Monitaur at any time by replying
STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive no further
messages from that number. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us
at info@monitaur.ai.
Retention
We retain consent and opt-out records for as long as needed to meet the legal
and carrier obligations described above. Numbers that have opted out remain on
our suppression list so that we do not message them again.
